“Thomas H. our Maintenance Service Technician showed up on time and promptly got to work. We have a split heat-pump system with the air-handler in the attic. The weather was a nice 70 degree day in October 2026. Mr. H. performed a checkup on the electric back-up heat and then inspected our evaporator coil and ECM blower motor. Next he performed a performance inspection using the latest technology on our heat-pump condensing unit. I especially like the fact they DO NOT hook up freon hoses UNLESS the performance test presents the need to. After all the inspection is complete, Mr. H. then washed out my condensing unit. He placed my leaf guard back exactly the way I had it to cover the top opening preventing leaves from entering my system.

I have found Mr. Thomas H. to be knowledgeable and an experienced, conscientious technician. He is an asset to his employer and maybe you (customer) should ask for him for your next check-up. After all is said and done, you are presented a with a thorough report on the state of your HVAC System.

They have serviced my system for several years twice a year and all of their techs are welcome back. They are knowledgeable and consistent in the work performed by any of their techs.
