“I called Hagler as I thought that I my air-conditioner needed freon as the air-conditioner was running all the time and did not cool as it should. Dustin came to my house at the appointed time. He was very clean, respectful, and explained what he needed to do to determine if I needed freon. He stated that he would have to clean the coils on the outside unit before he could test for freon. He spent a good deal of time in the hot sun and never once took a break. After Dustin finished cleaning the outside unit he determined that I did not need freon. Cleaning the coils on the outside unit made a world of difference. I now have very cool air in my house and the air-conditioner does not run all the time. I have used Hagler in the past and have always been very satisfied with their service. I would recommend Hagler to anyone having air-conditioner problems. Again Dustin was very polite and respectful and did a fabulous job. Give him a raise!!”
