“It was Friday, February 7th at approximately 7:20p we rec’d a message from our tenants stated it was very cold in the house. I tried to adjust it using my phone and couldn’t. Needless to say we had to go to the house to see what was going on. The system was completely down with no power to the unit. Called Hagler at 8:12p got the answering service and rec’d call back at approx 8:20p. A technician came out within an hour. He (Kevin K) was knowledgeable, professional, and had the part needed in his van, fixing it in under 30 minutes. Kevin took the time to explain to my husband what went wrong and gave his honest advice. I highly recommend them for their expertise, speed, and most importantly their friendly customer service.
